I believe in centering fun in life. In a world where there is an emphasis on uniformity and self-seriousness, I find it important to practice radical authenticity. I center this in my work because I want to tell and aid the telling of stories that often go untold. The things I create are rooted in the exploration and expression of self without limitations. I celebrate the weird, off-putting, and visceral absurdity of real life. In that celebration, I want to create accessible art for people who strive for connection through pure humanity.I grew up in working class Northwest Indiana, an area that rarely gets the chance to tell its own story, despite how important it is for the story to be told. This is a driving force for me.At the end of the day, I am a storyteller to the bone. I was put here to tell my own stories and craft new ones. I hope you’re along for the ride.
